Take your fitness to the next level! Join Ashley as she combines hip hop dance with elements of fitness: HIIT, Toning, and Active Recovery! Guaranteed to leave you sweaty and feeling like a queen! Live Loudly, Dance Ruthlessly, Evolve Unapologetically. Due to the mature nature of some dance moves and lyrics, this class is designed for ages 18+. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

About Ashley: Ashley has loved to dance for as long as she can remember! Growing up she took dance classes, as well as did cheerleading during her high school years. Her favorite part of cheerleading was getting to choreograph some of the dance routines. As time passed, Ashley entered the world of business as an entrepreneur owning a small cleaning company. She is a mother of 3, a wife, and has been focusing on her weight loss/fitness journey. Ashley found Love Studio and fell in love with Turn Up Dance Fitness. She is now a certified Turn Up Dance Fitness instructor looking to empower as many women as she can to move and love their bodies, and get fit while literally having a dance party!
Any class cancellation within 2 hours of the class date/time is non-refundable. To receive a class credit, cancellation requests must be emailed to lovestudiollc@gmail.com prior to 2 hours of the class date/time. Class credits can be used on classes of equal value within 30 days.
Doors open 10 minutes prior to class time and late-entry is not permitted. Be sure to arrive early and claim your favorite dance spot. See you in Love!
