Description
Contract Terms between Caitlin Bono and Love Studio LLC: this agreement establishes in writing an understanding of the agreement to develop a working relationship between Caitlin Bono and Love Studio LLC. Caitlin Bono is not an employee of Love Studio LLC and is paying Love Studio LLC to utilize the space for personal use. It is with hope and intent that this working relationship will be to the benefit and enjoyment of both parties. Caitlin Bono agrees to pay Love Studio LLC $25 per 60 minute session for the use of Love Studio LLC. Love Studio LLC can be used on an as-needed basis by texting Amy Davidson at 314-397-3417 for studio availability and to confirm usage times. Payment from Caitlin Bono to Love Studio LLC can be made through Paypal or Venmo, or cash may be left at the studio in the top file cabinet drawer after each session.
This contract will take effect April 13, 2024. Reasonable care and cleaning of Love Studio after each use is requested. A studio key will be provided and should this membership agreement be terminated, the return of the studio key will be expected. Either party may terminate this membership agreement by giving 7 days prior written notice. By completed this purchase link, you are agreeing to the Contract Terms.
