Amy loves God and she’s seen Him move in her life in undeniable ways. Her and her favorite guy, Dan, have been married 25 years and are blessed with three amazing sons. Amy has an eclectic creative background and holds a BFA in Fine Arts with a Graphic Design emphasis from Lindenwood University, is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, and the author of The Satellite Trilogy, a young adult fantasy book series. Amy has also served as a graphic artist for Porlier Outdoor Advertising Company for over 20 years. Amy’s love of fitness began in the aerial arts and after 7 years of practice and competing in pole and aerial hoop events, she began instructing aerial classes. Amy’s love of the arts, creativity, fitness, and wellness merged together beautifully in Love Studio for three wonderful years. She’s excited to welcome you to her next chapter bringing Love to The Well every Thursday morning! Brenda / Aerial Pole

Brenda is a silver haired pole instructor who started pole fitness at the age of 50 and fell in love. Pole fitness gave Brenda a new confidence and surrounded her with both women and men who supported each other at every level. As an instructor, Brenda wants to show you how strong you are because she’s been where you are and she wants you to know you can do this. If you think you only build strength at the gym, Brenda wants to show you what you can do on a pole. Join Brenda for class and let her show you how strong and amazing you are. She promises you’ll be so glad you did!
Melanie / Aerial Pole

Melanie has been dancing her whole life and fell in love with pole fitness in 2018. Melanie is a tricks girl and loves trying new and challenging shapes. She loves sharing her passion for pole fitness and getting to know her students. Melanie finds pole fitness to be extremely empowering and rewarding and hopes to show the positive side of pole fitness which has led her to some of the most incredible people she’s ever met. Melanie is thankful for the pole community bringing her some of her best friends and she hopes you’ll join her and see for yourself how fun pole fitness is!

Trish’s yoga journey began in 2022 when a friend asked her to come to a yoga class, steering her down a path towards getting her 200 hour certification and a Yin Yoga certification in 2023. Trish was looking for something to balance her home and work life, with 3 teenagers and a husband at home things were a little chaotic and unbalanced. Trish loves learning how the body and mind can heal itself with gentle mindful movements. When Trish is not doing yoga, she enjoys spending as much time at the lake on her boat with her family. Trish is looking forward to meeting new friends on the mat.
Erin / Pound Unplugged

Erin is a fitness instructor for any age and every stage. She grew up in Upstate NY iand found her love of fitness as a volunteer ski instructor for Arise & Ski, which helps children and adults with disabilities learn to ski with the help of adaptive equipment. This experience taught her that with patience and persistence, you can achieve anything—a mindset that she has infused into her classes. She is a NCCPT-certified group fitness instructor and a Brand Ambassador for Pound, the Rockout Workout. Erin loves teaching all Pound formats, Zumba and Strong Nation classes. Outside of the studio, Erin is a Content Marketing Director and the author of Zoey and the Forest Friends. She loves spending time with her husband and beloved nieces and nephew in nature.

Michele is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher credentialed through Yoga Alliance and a certified Yin Yoga instructor. She is currently pursuing her 300-hour yoga teacher training, which she will complete in 2025. For the past 31 years, Michele has been blessed to call Troy home, where her husband and her have built a life together, raised their four children and welcomed the joy of three wonderful grandchildren into their family. Michele believes in loving and welcoming everyone to the mat. Yoga has become a natural extension of her faith, blending physical movement, mindfulness, and spiritual connection. Teaching yoga allows her to share her passion with others and create a space where everyone can feel welcomed, supported, and inspired in their practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, Michele’s goal is to help you find strength, peace, and balance both on and off the mat.
Darcy / ZinYin

Darcy is a strong willed, free spirited, sarcastic and verbally comfortable kind of gal. She loves yoga, fitness, cooking, community activities, and reading. She was born and raised in Alaska and migrated down to Missouri where she fell in love with her passions. She is a Certified 200 RYT and Yin Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Studying and listening to the body and the mind is something Darcy feels avid about. Life is a journey and she is up for the adventure.

Born and raised in New York City, Jenn later spent 15 years in Troy, Missouri, before settling in St. Peter’s, Missouri. With a mission to make yoga and movement accessible for every body, Jenn is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students feel empowered, supported, and inspired to connect with their inner selves. When Jenn isn’t teaching or studying, you can find her exploring creative movement practices, deepening her knowledge of yoga philosophy, or enjoying the natural beauty of her surroundings in various trail runs and marathons around the St. Louis area.
Lynette / All Levels Yoga
Lynette first found yoga as a way to complete a PE credit in college, but it wasn’t until 2016 after a spinal surgery when she found hot yoga and fell in love, not only with the practice but with herself again. Lynette’s goal as a yoga teacher is to meet each student with love, just as they are. She works to help them connect more deeply with themselves and find the healing that comes through yoga. Lynette is also certified in Sound Healing and incorporates sound into most of her yoga classes. Outside of the yoga studio, Lynette is a full-time university professor and an LPC who sees clients for a variety of mental health concerns. Lynette was an army brat, but she has always called St. Louis home. Go Cards! Lynette and her husband, Rob, have been together for over 25 years, and Rob loves to join her classes. Rob & Lynette have 6 children and 2 toy poodles!
